Shipping policy

Free US shipping

Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. There is no minimum spend.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Duties, taxes and customs fees are set by the destination country. They are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the price you pay at checkout.
International delivery times vary by destination and by local customs processing.

Damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, email customerservice@arianna-skincare.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement.

Lost or undelivered packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days so we can open a claim with the carrier.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect address can be reshipped once you confirm the correct address.

Sales tax

Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and applicable state law.
