Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned with at least 90% of the original content remaining and in its original packaging.
- Returns that do not meet these standards may be declined or refunded partially at our discretion.
- All returns must be pre-approved by our Customer Service team prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee
All opened or used items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Unopened and sealed products in perfect condition are not subject to this fee.
Sale & Promotional Orders
When returning an order that included sale items or promotional gifts, all free or bonus products received as part of the promotion must be included.
Failure to return these items may result in a partial refund reflecting the retail value of the missing items.
Refund Timing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Please note that shipping, handling, and restocking fees are non-refundable.
Improper Returns
If a return violates our policy, Arianna Skincare reserves the right to:
- Decline a refund or exchange, or
- Hold the returned product until a re-delivery or handling fee is paid.
Repeated policy violations may result in future order restrictions.
