Step 2: Your Skin Analysis
Your advisor will evaluate the current state of your skin. The goal is to identify key areas for skin improvement and create the most personalized skin care regimen for you.
Step 3: Your Customized Skincare Routine
Together, we’ll create a customized at-home skincare routine that will be just for you. Your custom routine will come with step-by-step instructions along with 21 days of email/texts follow-ups.
Step 4: Follow Up
We will schedule a follow up consultation to review your new daily skincare routine results.

Why have an Online Skin Analysis?
A skin analysis should be the first step you take before making any changes to your skin or starting a strict skincare routine. Your journey to having healthy, radiant skin begins with this. The consultation is simple and brief, but the information you will receive will be invaluable.
How long will my appointment last?
Video calls last up to 30 minutes. Your skin consultant will ask a series of questions that will help understand your concerns and recommend treatments and home care routines suited to your skin type and needs.
What can I expect from an Online Skin Analysis?
A skincare consultation begins with you answering a few questions about your medical history, lifestyle, and current skincare routine. This helps provide us with a starting point for evaluating your needs and assisting you in achieving your healthy skin goals. After you answer the questions, we'll perform a preliminary skincare analysis, which will give us insight into the current state of your skin’s health and may alert us to any potential issues.
Next comes the consultation itself: the conversation. We’d like to know what you’re currently doing to care for your skin and what concerns you believe you may be experiencing. After gathering all of this information, we’ll make recommendations for skincare products, treatments, and therapies. We’ll also assist you in developing a strategy to keep you on track toward your skin health goals.
How can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Please call 888-330-1423 or email customerservice@arianna-skincare.com if you need to make changes to your Online Skin Analysis appointment. You’ll also receive an email reminder prior to your virtual consultation. If you need to cancel your appointment, please follow the instructions in that email.
How are the virtual consultations held?
All virtual consultations are held using Zoom. We'll ask you to turn on your camera so we can view your skin. But don't worry, we’ll also be on camera throughout the consultation providing any information you may need and helping you feel comfortable in the process.
How can I get in touch with questions after my appointment?
Following your consultation, your skincare expert will send you an email with your personalized routine as well as any recommended products or tips, along with links to purchase them. If you have any questions, you can reply to the email or contact customerservice@arianna-skincare.com.
