A skin analysis should be the first step you take before making any changes to your skin or starting a strict skin care routine. Your journey to having healthy, radiant skin begins with this. The consultation is simple and brief, but the information you will receive will be invaluable.

Video calls last up to 30 minutes. Your skin consultant will ask a series of questions that will help understand your concerns and recommend treatments and home care routines suited to your skin type and needs.

A skin care consultation begins with you answering a few questions about your medical history, lifestyle, and current skin care routine. This will provide us with a starting point for evaluating you and assisting you in achieving your healthy skin goals. After you answer the questions, we'll perform a preliminary skin care analysis. It will show us the current state of your skin's health and may alert us to any potential problems. Then there's the consultation part: the conversation. We'd like to know what you're currently doing to care for your skin and what issues you believe you may be experiencing. After we've gathered all of this information, we'll make recommendations for skin care products, treatments, and therapies. We'll assist you in developing a strategy that will keep you on track toward your skin health goals.

You’ll also receive an email reminder prior to your virtual consultation. If you need to cancel your appointment, please follow the instructions in that email. Please be aware that we are currently unable to amend appointments. You can, however, cancel and reschedule your session.

All virtual consultations are held using Zoom. We'll ask you to turn on your camera so we can view your skin. But don't worry, we’ll also be on camera throughout the consultation providing any information you may need and helping you feel comfortable in the process.
